Over the last 10 years, I have experimented with many media; including forged iron, turned wood, pottery, baskets, and watercolor painting. I have recently decided to focus on glass.

I have been fascinated by the properties of glass for quite a while. I love the way glass behaves as both a solid and liquid providing a playground for light. With my retirement in 2017, I have more time to work with glass using a torch to create small decorative pieces to be worn or included in larger mosaic items. I also enjoy fusing tabletop objects for decorative use. I try to use colors and shapes that evoke water images. Many of my objects include clear glass to facilitate integration into the ambient environment.
