I am originally from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. I have been living in Chicago since 2005, and studying glass fusing. I am working in the field of mental health and enjoy using art to help my clients express their inner voice. As a child I was always attracted to things that sparkle. 

My artistic expressions have focused on the properties of water. I have used photography in the past to capture thislove of water in both its solid and fluid state. When I discovered the techniques of glass fusing I uncovered a world in which I could work with things that sparkle, while also expressing the fluid and solid properties that mimic the water. I love to use iridescent glass in my work.
