In this four-week workshop, you will create unique patterned components using different ways of manipulating hot glass in the kiln. You will explore the process of boiling glass, then raking it while the glass is at melting temp., and creating your own screen melts using steel wire with a mix of glass rod and scrap. Beginners and repeat students are welcome. All materials, tools, and kiln firings for class projects are included.
